Regent Theatre - Fees & Bookings

The following Schedule of Fees gives different rates for different users to ensure affordability. If you are unsure of which category you are in, please contact the Theatre for clarification.

Equipment Hire Tables, chairs, cutlery and crockery used off-site Min $30

Casual Labour Hire Per hour for bump in etc $25

Booking Fee Payable at time of booking and is part of total hire charge $30

Security Deposit Payable before use by all user groups.
Refunded in full if venue is left as found $200

Booking Conditions

1. Bookings will not be confirmed until the $30 booking fee is paid. The fee is part of the total hire fee.
2. The booking fee will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled with less than one weeks notice.
3. The security deposit must be paid before a key will be issued.
4. Users are expected to leave the Theatre as found, which includes cleaning.
5. Costs to repair damage caused, to replace breakages or extra cleaning required will be deducted from the security deposit. If there is no damage, breakages or cleaning required the security deposit will be refunded in full.
6. Advertised Fees do not include GST
